Privacy Policy
This page explains what Darwin Digital Factory collects when you use our learning platform, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies to the website, the module enrollment forms, and any message you send us by email or phone. We keep the wording plain on purpose: if something here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in more detail.
What we collect and why
When you fill in an enrollment or contact form, we receive the fields you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the message itself. We use that information to answer your question, set up access to a learning module, or send you the material you asked for. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Separately, our hosting and analytics setup records technical data each time a page loads: browser type and version, device category, approximate region derived from the IP address, referring page, and which sections of a page were viewed. This helps us find broken layouts, slow pages, and modules that people abandon halfway. It is aggregated and not used to build a personal profile of you.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The site sets a small number of cookies. Essential ones keep a session stable while you move between pages. Analytics cookies record page views and basic interaction events so we can see which learning modules are actually used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the essential parts of the site will keep working, though some convenience features may not.
We rely on a hosting provider to serve the site, an email provider to receive and store messages, and an analytics service to process usage events. These processors only see the data needed for their task and are bound by contract to handle it according to our instructions. We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.
- Access and correction You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and request that anything inaccurate is corrected. We answer within the period required by applicable data protection law.
- Deletion and portability You can ask us to delete your records, or to hand them over in a common machine-readable format so you can move them elsewhere. Where a legal retention obligation applies, we will tell you which records we must keep and for how long.
- Withdrawing consent and opting out If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Analytics tracking can be switched off through your browser or the consent notice shown on your first visit.
- Your rights under GDPR and CCPA Visitors in the European Union and California have specific statutory rights, including the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
- How long we keep data Enrollment and contact records are kept while your account or inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and accounting purposes. Analytics events are retained in aggregated form and are not tied to your identity once the retention window closes.
- No misleading claims We do not publish fake endorsements, invented statistics, or guarantees of a specific career outcome. Any module description on this site reflects what the material actually covers. If you find a claim that looks overstated, tell us and we will review it.

Send any access, deletion, or correction request to the address below. Include enough detail for us to identify your records, and we will confirm receipt before we start working on it.
